Are you a Practice Nurse looking for an exciting new opportunity?

Sutherland Lodge Surgery is seeking a Practice Nurse for 22.5 hours per week.

Main duties of the job

Key duties will include:

1. You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring compliance is maintained. Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
2. Providing care for presenting patients, including treatment, chronic disease management, and care evaluation.
