Job summary

Myerscough is seeking an Inclusive Learning Transitions Advisor (22.5 hours) to oversee EHCPs across two sites, starting in Croxteth/Walton Hall. You’ll coordinate activities with SENCOs, families, local authorities and external professionals to ensure each plan centres on the child or young person.

The role emphasizes safeguarding, compliance and flexible working, with a pro rata salary and a supportive environment at Myerscough College and University Centre.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and coordinating cross-agency involvement.
• Ability to work with families, local authorities and educational professionals to ensure child-centred plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the EHCP process across two sites (Croxteth/Walton Hall).
• Coordinate with SENCOs, families and external professionals to reflect voice and needs in plans.
• Ensure legally compliant, high-quality EHCPs and safeguarding compliance.
