Ada. National College for Digital Skills is seeking an Additional Learning Support (ALS) Manager to deliver high-quality SEND/ALS support across Victoria Campus, London, with occasional travel to Manchester.

The role involves improving SEN/ALS provision, coordinating with external agencies, and leading staff to support 16-19 and Apprenticeship learners during term-time (39 weeks). Ideal candidates will have senior ALS or SENCO experience, a degree in a relevant subject, and a passion for

Qualifications

• Senior ALS position experience within a school/college or similar environment.
• Pastoral and SEND support experience with KS4, post 16 or adult learners.
• Leadership experience in coordinating ALS/ SEND teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead on continuous improvement of SEND/ALS provision across campuses.
• Coordinate with external agencies and manage EHCPs and annual reviews.
• Oversee access arrangements and learner passports for reasonable adjustments.
• Line manage Learning Support Assistants and report student progress to parents.
