Job summary

Suffolk New College in Ipswich, Suffolk is recruiting a senior leader for the Student Services Directorate. You will head the Additional Learning Support and Exam Access Arrangements across all campuses, ensuring effective deployment of resources and delivery of learner-centred services.

You should hold a degree or equivalent experience, plus a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject, and maths and English to Level 2.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent demonstrable experience with Level 3 subject plus maths and English to Level 2.
• Knowledge of JCQ Access Arrangements and Reasonable Adjustments preferred.
• Experience in education/Local Authority environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Additional Learning Support and Exam Access Arrangements across sites.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality learning support and timely assessments.
• Implement assistive technologies to remove barriers to learning.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
