Job summary

Suffolk New College is seeking a Learning Support & Access Arrangements Manager to lead the Additional Learning Support and Exam Access Arrangements across Ipswich and Suffolk Rural campuses. The role is based with Travel between sites and a multi-campus requirement.

You will deploy resources effectively, deliver high-quality learning support, and implement assistive technologies for learners with SEND, reporting to the College Leadership Group.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent demonstrable experience in education/related field.
• Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject and Maths/English to Level 2 (GCSE C/4).
• Knowledge of JCQ Access Arrangements and Reasonable Adjustments is preferred, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead Additional Learning Support and Exam Access Arrangements across all sites.
• Ensure delivery of learner-centred services and monitor impact.
• Maintain statutory and regulatory compliance.
