Job summary

Suffolk New College Ipswich is seeking a Director of Inclusion to lead the Inclusion Directorate, overseeing foundation learning, inclusive learning and English for Speakers of other Languages. You will drive curriculum design, performance and delivery with a focus on high-needs learners and strong employer partnerships.

The role is on-site at Ipswich Campus and requires a strategic, senior leader able to translate vision into operational outcomes and ensure an exceptional learner experience

Qualifications
