Job summary

Eden Brown Synergy is seeking an experienced SEND professional to take on a leadership role as Inclusive Learning Lead in West Yorkshire. You will work closely with curriculum teams and the Inclusive Learning Manager to ensure learners with additional needs access high-quality support and achieve their learning goals.

This permanent, full-time role (37 hours per week, 52 weeks) requires strong knowledge of SEND legislation, experience leading staff, and a commitment to inclusive education.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners with SEND.
• Knowledge of SEND legislation and EHCPs.
• Experience leading staff teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Learner-focused approach to inclusive education.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate support for SEND learners and High Needs students.
• Assess learner needs and develop effective support plans.
• Contribute to EHCP reviews and Assess, Plan, Do, Review cycles.
• Monitor attendance, progress and outcomes.
• Provide in-class support and targeted interventions.
• Support transitions into, through and beyond education.
• Promote assistive technologies and inclusive learning strategies.
• Line manage Inclusive Learning team.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
