Job summary

The East Kent Colleges Group is seeking an Inclusive Learning Tutor to assess and support learners across diverse environments, helping them reach their maximum potential. The role includes planning targeted tasks, delivering and evaluating support programmes, and supervising a team of learning support staff.

You will contribute to the Teacher Academy, gain ongoing training, and develop engaging sessions. Experience with learning needs is valuable, and 1:1 support delivery and staff development

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching or training in workplace is an advantage.
• Experience working with learners with EHCPs is beneficial.
• Able to assess and track student progress and plan interventions.

Responsibilities

• Assess and work with students experiencing learning difficulties.
• Provide 1:1 support to learners to enable achievement.
• Design, deliver and evaluate support programmes.
