Hft is seeking a Project SEARCH Tutor to coordinate and deliver the classroom-based employability curriculum within the DFN Project SEARCH programme. You will liaise with interns, Job Coaches, families and partners to create a supportive learning experience, helping young people gain practical skills and workplace confidence.

You will work with employers to reflect workplace realities in learning, assist with CVs, applications and interviews, and chair Steering Group meetings to drive positive

Qualificações

• Level 3 qualification in Education, Training, Employability, Youth Work or related subject.
• Teaching qualification such as AET/PTLLS, or willingness to work towards one.
• Experience delivering employability, vocational or life skills programmes.
• Experience supporting learners with additional learning needs, learning disabilities and/or autism.
• Experience planning, delivering and assessing learning.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with employers and external partners.
• Good IT and administrative skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver the classroom employability curriculum within the DFN Project SEARCH programme.
• Build strong relationships with employers, workplace mentors, families and external partners.
• Support learners with CV writing, job applications and interview preparation.
• Organise and chair monthly Steering Group meetings to support programme delivery and outcomes.
