Pinc College is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to support learners aged 16–25 with SEND across college campuses and employer sites, helping them engage in meaningful work experience, employability programmes and workplace learning opportunities.

You will coach and mentor students to develop employability skills, confidence and independence while maintaining strong relationships with employers and community partners to support progression and inclusive practice.

Qualificações

• Experience working with young people with SEND, including EHCPs.
• Experience in Further Education or employability programmes.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and inclusive practice.
• Excellent organisation and record-keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting students in work placements and work-related learning activities
• Coaching learners to develop employability skills, independence and confidence
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with employers and community partners
• Supporting students with SEND through personalised workplace adjustments and coaching
• Monitoring progress, recording outcomes and maintaining accurate records
• Promoting student wellbeing, safeguarding and inclusive practice
• Supporting employer understanding of SEND and reasonable adjustments
• Contributing to student reviews, enrolment events and progression planning
