Job summary

Keys Education is seeking a dedicated Supported Internship Job Coach to support young adults with SEND, helping them develop skills and secure sustainable employment. You will offer tailored, on-site support across employer locations, build strong employer partnerships, and guide interns through training and job-seeking activities within a structured internship framework.

Qualifications

• Level 2 in English and Mathematics required.
• Training in Systematic Instruction (TSI) accreditation preferred or willing to train.
• Experience supporting interns/students with SEND or delivering training across job roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised, ongoing support to interns on site at employer locations.
• Build employer partnerships and promote opportunities for paid employment.
• Assist interns with personal development, interview preparation and workplace integration.
• Record progress and feedback in RAPRA system; track outcomes and milestones.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate support.
