Job summary

Oasis Academy Wintringham in Grimsby seeks an inspirational leader for the Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Principal and SENDCO. You will shape inclusive practices, drive school improvement and ensure exceptional support for students with additional needs.

The role requires outstanding leadership, QTS, and a passion for equity in education, with a focus on improving outcomes for all learners. You will lead a SEND team and collaborate with families and external agencies.

Qualifications

• QT S required to teach and lead in a whole-school context.
• Proven leadership experience with track record of improving outcomes.
• Specialist SEND knowledge and ability to champion inclusive education.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership as Assistant Principal and SENDCO within the Senior Leadership Team.
• Lead and develop the SEND provision and SEND team to improve student outcomes.
• Drive whole-school improvement through data-informed decision making.
• Collaborate with families, staff and external agencies to support students with additional needs.
