Job summary

The role involves advising secondary principals, SENCOs and leadership teams in the North and West Regions, coordinating best practice, and delivering training to staff at all levels.

Qualifications

• Senior SEND leader with extensive experience in inclusive practice.
• Strong knowledge of statutory SEND frameworks and national guidance.
• Proven track record in improving outcomes and staff training.

Responsibilities

• Advise and guide secondary principals, SENCOs and leadership across regions.
• Lead regional and national SEND work, academy reviews and SENCO networks.
• Deliver training and guidance to staff from ECTs to SLTs.
