Unitemps are recruiting for a Inclusive Design Co-Creator. This role is suitable for UCL Students Only. This is a part-time role with varying hours; the project is for 20 hours in total, with some working dates mandatory (10:00 - 12:00 in 2027, exact dates listed below).

This role is for an asap start date (end of October) and a projected end date of July 30th 2027. Payment is set at £14.85 per hour + £2.78 holiday pay. This role is UCL hybrid working.

Formación

• Current UCL undergraduate, postgraduate taught or doctoral student
• Identifies as disabled and/or neurodivergent
• Interest in improving inclusive teaching, learning and the student experience
• Interest in accessibility, inclusion and/or inclusive educational practice
• Availability to attend all scheduled workshops and project activities

Responsabilidades

• Contribute lived experience to inform development of staff-facing resources and inclusive educational design approaches
• Support identification, review and interpretation of anonymised student insights
• Help ensure outputs are informed by authentic student perspectives and contribute to more inclusive teaching and learning practices across UCL
• Participate in co-creation activities and workshops
