Job summary

School of Coding in the United Kingdom is seeking a Disability & Accessibility Advisor to join our Student Support team, starting January 2027. You will work directly with students to understand their needs, provide practical guidance on reasonable adjustments, and help remove barriers to education and the student experience.

This is a student-facing role requiring weekend work as part of a regular pattern; you’ll collaborate with academic and support colleagues to develop personalised support

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support, accessibility or student services.
• Able to advocate for reasonable adjustments and inclusive practice.
• Strong communication with students and colleagues.
• Organised and capable of managing individual student cases.
• Willing to work weekends as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Meet with students to understand individual support needs.
• Advise on reasonable adjustments and accessibility support.
• Support applications and guidance around DSA.
• Develop and review personalised support plans.
• Collaborate with academic and support teams to implement adjustments.
• Advocate for students and ensure needs are understood.
• Provide guidance on accessibility and inclusion.
