Job summary

Free-Work is recruiting a hands-on UX Designer for a part-time role in Holborn, Central London. The position focuses on delivering user-centered design across multiple projects, with a 20-hour week commitment and an emphasis on stakeholder collaboration.

You will craft wireframes, run workshops, and communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams. Experience with Sketch or similar tools and a Design degree or equivalent are preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior designer with 4+ years of work experience with blue chip clients.
• Design processes, agile development and lean UX.
• Working collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team.
• Creating omnichannel experiences – cross-platform and cross-device solutions.
• Ability to define key metrics and evaluate project success.
• Working to strict deadlines.
• Proven design track record and design agency experience.
• Design degree or equivalent.
