Job summary

Simply Education are recruiting for a dedicated Inclusion Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Northampton. You will work with students who require additional support to engage with education and achieve their potential, delivering tailored lessons and interventions.

The successful candidate will hold QTS or equivalent, have experience with SEND or behavioural needs, and collaborate with pastoral/SEN teams. A DBS check and references are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate ability to create inclusive and engaging learning environments.
• Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills.
• Work effectively with pastoral teams, SEN staff and external agencies.

• Work effectively with pastoral teams, SEN staff, and external agencies
• Be committed to promoting student wellbeing, progress, and inclusion

Key responsibilities include:
