Job summary

Ethos College in Dewsbury is recruiting two Inclusion Workers to support pupils with SEMH needs, helping them engage with learning and build resilience. You will promote wellbeing, raise self-esteem and support independence in a caring educational setting.

The role requires safeguarding compliance including Enhanced DBS checks; candidates should be committed to safeguarding and able to work effectively with young people in a college environment.

We are looking to appoint two Inclusion Workers to join our passionate and hardworking team at Ethos College.

The role will focus on providing positive and aspirational outcomes for pupils with complex Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This will be achieved through high-quality support and engagement whilst supporting learning and securing pupils' physical and emotional wellbeing whilst raising their self-esteem and encouraging independence. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to supporting our young people in helping them reach their full potential.
