Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent.
• Experience working as a teaching assistant with children with additional needs.
• Be passionate about inclusion and meeting children’s individual needs.
• Be positive, proactive, and always solution focused.
• Have high expectations of yourself, keeping all children at the heart of your practice.
• Be a team player with a good sense of humour.
• Be willing to ‘go the extra mile’ for our pupils.
• Enjoy developing learning through play.
