Job summary

St Peter's School Huntingdon, part of The Cam Academy Trust, is seeking an exceptional Inclusion Support Worker to join our Inclusion Faculty in the Alternative Provision.

You will support students with a range of needs with empathy, lead small-group sessions, and access a variety of professional development opportunities to grow your career.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs at 4/C or above, including English and Maths.
• Ability to support learning and behavioural needs with empathy.
• Energetic and enthusiastic about working with students with a broad range of needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging small group lessons and nurture students' growth.

• Willingness to participate in PE activities will be an advantage.
