Peterborough Regional College is seeking a compassionate Learning Support Worker to join our dedicated Additional Learning Support team. You will provide personalised support to students with learning difficulties, disabilities and EHCPs, helping them develop confidence, independence and the skills they need to succeed both in education and beyond.
The role involves adapting activities in lessons, promoting engagement, delivering tailored support, assisting with literacy and numeracy, and
Salary - £25,043 per annum (actual salary will be paid on a pro rata basis reflecting term-time working)
Hours - 35 hours per week - 36 weeks per year
Contract - Permanent, (Term Time Only)
