Job summary

Bramshall Meadows First School in Uttoxeter is seeking an Inclusion & Support Assistant to join our caring team and support teaching and learning. The role is term-time only plus INSET days, initially until 31/08/2027, with 32.5 hours per week.

You will work with pupils individually and in groups, contributing to their wellbeing and progress within a well designed curriculum. You will help deliver the curriculum, provide regular assessment feedback, and build positive relationships with pupils,

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 TA qualification required.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Support pupils individually and in small groups to reach their potential.
• Encourage social, emotional and educational development.
• Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Support wellbeing and safeguarding of all pupils.
