Charfield Primary School is seeking an Inclusion Support Assistant to help pupils with SEMH and learning needs. You will deliver targeted activities, support smooth transitions, and assist families with strategies to promote inclusion and progress.
This fixed-term role ends 31 August 2027, part-time 19.5 hours weekly across 39 weeks. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and ICT/reporting skills are required. PATH 6 salary applies.

Working under the direction of the SENDCo, you will help ensure students who experience difficulty engaging with learning get the tools needed to achieve personal and academic success. You will support student transitions into school, deliver defined learning activities, and support staff and parents with strategies to promote integration. You will also carry out key screening activities with mobile students to deliver support at the point of need.
You hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) with relevant experience, or have substantial experience working in a similar role. You understand child development, learning processes, and the impact of SEMH issues on learning and language development.
