Job summary

City College Norwich is seeking an Advanced Practitioner (Inclusion) for a fixed-term position until 31 December 2028. The role is 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, with a salary of £40,363 per annum.

You will develop inclusive teaching through specialist coaching, mentoring and professional development to meet the needs of learners with SEND and neurodiverse learners, collaborating with curriculum teams to remove barriers to learning and promote adaptive teaching for all learners.

Qualifications

• Experience in inclusion and SEND
• Ability to coach and develop teaching staff
• Knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies

Responsibilities

• Identify barriers to learning and model inclusive strategies
• Provide developmental coaching and professional development
• Evaluate interventions impact on learner engagement
• Deliver intervention sessions to identified groups of learners
• Contribute to continuous improvement of teaching, learning and assessment
