Job summary

Norwich City College of Further and Higher Education is seeking passionate, innovative Advanced Practitioners (Inclusion) to join the Teaching, Learning and Assessment team on a fixed-term basis for three years.

You will work with curriculum teams to develop inclusive practice, coach staff, and deliver interventions for learners with SEND and neurodiverse needs, helping them access and succeed in mainstream learning.

Qualifications

• Experience and understanding of SEND and neurodiverse learners.
• Ability to coach and mentor teaching staff to embed inclusive practice.
• Knowledge of inclusive pedagogy and adaptive teaching strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify barriers to learning and model effective inclusive strategies.
• Provide developmental coaching and support to curriculum teams.
• Deliver intervention sessions to identified groups of learners and evaluate impact.
