Zusammenfassung

Senploy is recruiting a Specialist Student Learning Coach for a college in Mid Essex to support learners with SEND in a vocational environment for ages 16 and up. The role is long-term, with immediate start.

You will provide primarily 1:1 support, help learners develop life skills and achieve functional skills, and collaborate with staff to promote inclusive practice. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:15pm, 37 hours per week across 38 weeks per year.

Qualifikationen

• Enhanced DBS on the update service.
• Experience with post-16 and SEN.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Available to work full time Monday to Friday (no flexibility on hours).
• Minimum Level 4 / C in Maths and English GCSE or Equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Provide 1:1 support to learners with SEND.

• Collaborate with staff to promote inclusive practice.
• Support students in readiness for life after college.
• Role is 37 hours per week across 38 weeks per year.
