Job summary

Hammersmith & Fulham Council is recruiting Best Start Inclusion Practitioners to join the Best Start Family Hubs network. You will work with families, early years practitioners and partner agencies to support children with SEND and promote inclusion.

We seek experienced Area SENCO or Early Years SENCO with strong skills in inclusion, early intervention and safeguarding children, delivering timely support within our Family Hubs.

Qualifications

• Experience in inclusion, early intervention and supporting children with SEND.
• Role focuses on promoting inclusion and early identification.
• Collaboration with families, early years practitioners and partner agencies.
