Job summary

Hammersmith & Fulham Council is recruiting Best Start Inclusion Practitioners (BSIP) to join our Best Start Family Hubs network in London. You will work with families, early years practitioners and partner agencies to ensure children with emerging or identified SEND receive timely support and inclusion in their settings.

As a BSIP, you will promote inclusion, strengthen early identification of SEND, and empower families to access the services they and their children need to thrive in the early

Qualifications

• Experience in inclusion, early intervention and supporting children with SEND.
• Experience as Area SENCO or Early Years SENCO.
• Ability to work collaboratively with families and partner agencies.

Responsibilities

• Promote inclusion and strengthen early identification of SEND.
• Support early years practitioners and empower families to access services.
• Collaborate with the Family Hub network to deliver Best Start services.
