Job summary

Slough Borough Council is recruiting two Best Start Inclusion Practitioners to work within Family Hubs, supporting children’s development, wellbeing and early years readiness.

You will collaborate with families, health professionals and community partners to identify needs early, promote inclusive practice, and empower parents to access services and engage in their child’s learning journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in early years inclusion and family hubs.
• Ability to work with families, health professionals and community partners.
• Enhanced DBS required.

Responsibilities

• Support children’s development, wellbeing and school readiness through Family Hub services.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to identify needs early and provide guidance and support.
• Champion inclusive practice and reduce inequalities in service delivery.
