Job summary

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Inclusion and Organisational Development Partner to lead anti-racism, inclusion and sustainable cultural change within the Organisational Experience team. The role is part-time (30 hours/week) based at London House, Bracknell, with hybrid working across Trust locations.

You will design and deliver evidence-based OD interventions, coach leaders, and translate workforce insights into practical actions to improve staff experience

Qualifications

• Masters degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Training or teaching qualification or equivalent experience.
• Mentoring and/or coaching qualification, and/or psychometric testing (e.g. HoganAffina OD) and/or mediation qualification or willingness to undertake.
• Experience of providing OD consultancy to senior leaders and management teams.
• Experience of leading organisation-wide OD, culture change or transformation projects.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites and transport training materials.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a complex OD and change projects portfolio.
• Design and deliver evidence-based OD interventions for behavioural and cultural change.
• Partner with senior leaders to diagnose challenges and provide expert advice.
• Facilitate strategic conversations and workshops, including sensitive topics on race, inclusion and culture.
• Provide coaching and support to managers to strengthen inclusive leadership.
• Work with staff networks to translate lived experience into development.
• Evaluate interventions with qualitative and quantitative data to show impact.
• Identify risks affecting staff experience and patient care.
• Build partnerships across the Trust to foster an inclusive culture.
• Share expertise to develop OD capability across the organisation.
