Job summary

The Winsford Academy in the United Kingdom is seeking an Inclusion Manager to lead the RESET Inclusion Room, supporting students to complete work, access interventions and tutoring to close knowledge gaps. You will work with SENCo, behaviour team and classroom practitioners to adapt resources, monitor progress and promote an inclusive learning environment for SEND, mental health challenges or trauma.

Qualifications

• Experience leading inclusion initiatives and safeguarding in a school setting.
• Ability to de-escalate behaviours and support students' wellbeing.
• Strong collaboration with SENCo and classroom teams to tailor interventions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RESET Inclusion Room to support students with work, interventions and tutoring.
• Work with SENCo and behaviour team to monitor progress and adapt resources to promote inclusion.
