You will lead the coordination and monitoring of our internal behaviour and inclusion systems, overseeing internal reflection spaces, behaviour tracking and targeted interventions that promote engagement, accountability and readiness to learn.

This is working 36.25 hours per week 8:30am - 4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break, Monday to Friday, with a 3:15pm finish on a Wednesday. The actual salary is £25,371 (£30,108 full-time equivalent), term time + 1 week.
