Job summary

Leigh Academy Mascalls in Tonbridge is seeking a dedicated SEN Assistant to support students with additional needs, working with the SENCO and SEND team to deliver targeted interventions.

The role is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Term Time + 1 inset week, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm, with a salary between £22,679 and £24,188 per annum based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering tailored interventions for students with ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and emotional regulation challenges.
• Ability to deliver high-quality interventions and keep provision organised and efficient.
• Willingness to work 37.5 hours per week, term time plus 1 inset day.

In this role, you will be instrumental in helping to deliver tailored interventions for our students, with a specific focus on those with ASD, ADHD, Speech and Language needs, and emotional regulation challenges. If you have the experience and skills to create and deliver a variety of interventions in these areas, we want to hear from you.
