Job summary

Leigh Academy Wilmington, part of Leigh Academies Trust in Kent, is seeking an Inclusion Manager to lead and coordinate our inclusion and behaviour systems, supporting students to reflect, reset and thrive within a high-expectations culture. This 36.25-hour week runs Monday to Friday (Mon-Fri, 8:30-4:30 with a 30-minute lunch, early finish Wednesdays).

The role offers a competitive salary (£25,371) with progression opportunities, pension through the Local Government Pension Scheme, and LAT
