Brookfield Community School in Chesterfield is recruiting an Inclusion Manager to join our team, working a two-day job share in the new Student Support Centre. You will help shape a nurturing environment for pupils facing behavioural challenges and those accessing alternative provision.

Your leadership will collaborate with teachers, support staff and families to tailor strategies that foster inclusion in every sense, build trust and ensure every child reaches their full potential.

About you…

We have an Inclusion Manager in place for 3 days per week and are looking to recruit another job share for 2 days per week. You would be based in our new Student Support Centre and will be at the forefront of shaping a nurturing environment for children facing behavioural challenges and accessing alternative provision. This is not just about policies, this is about transforming lives, building trust and ensuring that every child receives the support they need to reach their full potential.
