South Gloucestershire & Stroud College is seeking an enthusiastic Additional Learning Support Coordinator to join our Inclusion team at Filton Campus. You will coordinate ALS provision, analyse learner data and support improvements for learners with SEND and EHCPs across multiple campuses.

You will collaborate with Heads of ALS, curriculum and support services to enhance inclusive practices and learner outcomes, contributing to safeguarding and DBS checks as part of our processes.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice, EHCP processes and inclusive learning approaches.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organisational, analytical and IT skills, with the ability to manage priorities and use data to support improvement.
• Experience working within education and supporting learners with SEND and EHCPs.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and coordinate ALS provision for non-specialist provisions across the College, ensuring learner needs are identified, tracked and reviewed.
• Analyse learner information to identify trends, support decision-making and drive continuous improvement in SEND and inclusive practice.
• Work collaboratively with curriculum, support and corporate services teams to improve outcomes for learners with SEND, EHCPs and other disadvantaged learner groups.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, projects and developments that enhance SEND services.
