Teaching Vacancies is seeking an enthusiastic Additional Learning Support Coordinator to join our growing Inclusion team.

Based primarily at Filton Campus, you will coordinate ALS provision, analyse learner data and help shape inclusive practice across multiple campuses.

You will work with Head of ALS and colleagues to improve outcomes for learners with SEND/EHCPs and ensure safeguarding compliance.

Formación

• Experience in education and supporting learners with SEND/EHCPs.
• Strong knowledge of SEND Code of Practice and EHCP processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organisational and data analysis abilities.
• Proficiency with IT and data to support improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate ALS provision across the college and track learner needs.
• Analyse learner data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with curriculum and services to improve SEND outcomes.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and safeguarding.
• Support cross-campus activities and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure DBS checks and safeguarding compliance for staff offers.
