Job summary

SGS College is seeking an enthusiastic Additional Learning Support Coordinator to join the Inclusion team. You will work closely with the Head of ALS to improve outcomes for learners with SEND, EHCPs and other disadvantaged groups across multiple campuses, based mainly at Filton Campus.

You will analyse data, drive continuous improvement, and shape inclusive practices to help every learner thrive. This cross-college role requires collaboration with various teams, a passion for inclusion, and

Qualifications

• Experience working within education and supporting learners with SEND and EHCPs.
• Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice, EHCP processes and inclusive learning approaches.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organisational, analytical and IT skills, with the ability to manage priorities and use data to support improvement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate ALS provision across the College, tracking learner needs.
• Analyse learner data to identify trends and drive improvements in SEND and inclusive practice.
• Collaborate with curriculum, support and corporate services to improve learner outcomes.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and developments for SEND services.
