Job summary

SCC Group is seeking an Assistant Director of Inclusion & SEND to lead the SEND Advisory Teacher Service and Learning Support staff. The role focuses on embedding inclusive practice across the learner journey, including curriculum design, teaching, learning, assessment, pastoral support and transition planning.

The post involves ensuring inspection readiness through robust self-assessment and quality assurance aligned to national inclusion standards, with a strong focus on outcomes for learners

Qualifications

• Experience in leading SEND services and inclusion strategies.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and statutory compliance.
• People leadership and performance management skills.
