Job summary

Main duties include leading on Inclusion strategies to support vulnerable students and engaging them with their learning, delivering an Early Intervention programme, and taking a lead on ensuring all pupils are safe and proactively

Responsibilities

• Lead on Inclusion strategies to support vulnerable students.
• Deliver an Early Intervention programme to support vulnerable students swiftly.
• Take a lead on ensuring all pupils are safe and proactively monitor and intervene with vulnerable children.
• Lead on interventions/alternative provision ensuring it has clear purpose and impact.
• Collaborate with Pastoral Leaders and the Pastoral team to help students meet high expectations.
