wmtrains is seeking an Equality Impact Assessment Manager to ensure inclusion, fairness and accessibility across the organisation. You will lead our framework and governance, working with colleagues to ensure assessments are completed to a high standard and embedded in key projects and decisions.

This hybrid role requires three days onsite in Birmingham with some travel across our network. Interviews are planned for mid October.
