Job summary

Ccafcass is seeking an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead to shape and drive our ED&I priorities across Practice, People and Partners. The role reports to the Head of Organisational Development and works across HR with senior leaders, networks and external partners to improve culture and outcomes for colleagues and families.

You will present evidence, drive initiatives, and foster inclusive practice through data, voice and governance, ensuring Cafcass maintains high performance and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering equality, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders at senior levels.
• Experience facilitating groups and turning insights into action.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Collaborative, values-led leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of Cafcass' ED&I priorities across Practice, People and Partners.
• Facilitate the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Steering Group.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and partners to drive governance and progress.
• Translate data and colleague voice into practical action and improvement.
• Engage seven colleague diversity networks to influence practice.
• Provide expert advice and challenge to leaders on inclusion and safeguarding.
