Job summary

Capital City College in London is seeking an Inclusion Coach on a full-time permanent basis to provide targeted support for learners facing barriers to participation, engagement and progression.

You will work closely with curriculum teams, safeguarding and learner services to design timely, effective support plans and monitor progress, attendance and wellbeing. DBS checks are part of the safeguarding process and you will contribute to an inclusive college culture.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering learner support interventions.
• Ability to monitor participation, attendance and progress.
• Strong communication with learners, parents and external agencies.
• Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted support and intervention for learners facing barriers to participation, engagement, attendance, achievement and progression.
• Work with curriculum teams, learner services, parents/carers and external agencies to ensure learners receive timely support.
• Help create an inclusive learning environment where all learners can thrive and achieve their full potential.
• Maintain accurate records of interventions, strategies and outcomes.
• Liaise with parents, carers and employers to support learner participation and success.
• Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions to improve engagement and learner outcomes.
