Job summary

Social Work England is recruiting an Inclusion and Co-production Manager to provide operational leadership and develop policy on EDI and co-production. You will work with the head of EDI and cross-organisational teams to embed best practice and ensure stakeholder engagement, reporting and continuous improvement.

The role requires leading governance processes, benchmarking and external collaboration, with a hybrid working pattern including office days in Sheffield.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of equality legislation and co-production practices and their alignment with business objectives.
• Experience leading, managing and motivating a team.
• Strong stakeholder relationship development and collaborative delivery.
• Excellent written and oral communication with diverse audiences.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on EDI and co-production to colleagues and leadership.
• Lead the National Advisory Forum (NAF) and ensure its effective operation and recruitment.
• Manage feedback, complaints and information requests relating to EDI and co-production.
• Align EDI action plan with the people plan and monitor activity and data.
• Prepare written reports for executive leadership, board and committees.
• Benchmark EDI and co-production to improve organisational performance.
