Qualifications

• Experience delivering workplace adjustment reviews and recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of Equality legislation and inclusive workplace practices.
• Proven ability to draft policies and engage senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Producing a comprehensive review with recommendations for improving workplace adjustments.
• Drafting an updated workplace adjustments policy that ensures compliance, equity and better support for employees and managers.
• Preparing process flows to document how a central function will support staff and managers.
