Job summary

St Michael's CE High School in Chorley is seeking an ambitious Inclusion Base Coordinator to lead our Inclusion Base provision. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, work with pupils and families, and collaborate with pastoral staff, the SEND team and external professionals to remove barriers to learning and enable pupils to thrive.

The role focuses on targeted support, reintegration into lessons and developing pupils' confidence, resilience and independence within a Christian school

Responsibilities

• Oversee targeted interventions for pupils within the Inclusion Base.
• Support reintegration into mainstream lessons for pupils returning from intervention.
• Help pupils develop confidence, resilience and communication skills for school and beyond.
