Gateway Primary Free School in Thurrock is seeking a dedicated Inclusion Advocate to work with teaching staff, parents and external practitioners to tailor support for students.
Under the guidance of the Inclusion Manager, you will deliver targeted academic, emotional and behavioural assistance to help pupils meet learning objectives, with pro rata pay and term-time pattern. This is a part-time permanent role starting immediately.

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Inclusion Advocate to join our team. In this vital role, you will work in close partnership with teaching staff, parents, and external practitioners to identify and address the individual academic, emotional, and behavioural needs of our students. Under the guidance of the Inclusion Manager and Deputy Headteacher, you will provide targeted, practical, and emotional support to ensure pupils can confidently meet their learning objectives.
