Job summary

Concentric, via SPS Global, is seeking a Response Coordinator to join the Corporate Team in Hereford, England, United Kingdom. You will monitor global events, coordinate incident response, and support field operations to protect personnel and assets.

This full-time role requires 8-hour shifts (nights, mornings, or lates) and onsite work at our Hereford headquarters. You will operate 24/7, escalating incidents according to SOPs and communicating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a GSOC or similar operations center would be advantageous.
• Full-time rotation: 8-hour shifts including night, morning, or late shifts.
• Must be able to work legally in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• Minimum 2 years in security operations, emergency response, intelligence analysis, or military operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor open-source intelligence, platforms, and alerts to identify threats.
• Assess incidents and escalate per SOPs.
• Prepare threat assessments and situational reports for stakeholders and clients.
• Act as central contact for incident reporting and coordination.
• Coordinate safe travel, evacuations, or emergency support as needed.
• Log and document incidents per SOPs and maintain compliance.
