Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Cyber Incident Response Coordinator to orchestrate global incident response activities across client and internal environments. The role requires leadership in incident lifecycle management, forensics, and cross-team collaboration.

You will drive improvements, report metrics, and mentor junior members within the Cyber & Investigative Services team. The role is based in the UK with on-site requirements in Manchester.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in Information Security/IT roles including incident response and security operations.
• 5+ years in SOC/Threat intelligence or related cyber defense functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global cybersecurity incidents with potential nontraditional hours.
• Liaise with lawyers, risk management, and business partners to align incident response.
• Lead documentation and process improvements for incident response programs.
