Job summary

Concentric Advisors in Hereford, United Kingdom, invites applications for a Response Co-ordinator to join SPS Global’s Corporate Team. The role is onsite at our Hereford headquarters and part-time, 32 hours per week.

You will monitor global events, coordinate incident responses, and support field operations to protect personnel and assets worldwide. The position requires strong situational awareness, communication, and the ability to coordinate complex response measures under pressure.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a GSOC or similar operations center/call center would be advantageous.
• This is a part-time position with 32-hour weeks and rotating shifts.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global events and incident response for SPS Global’s Security Operations team.
• Coordinate logistics and response measures; act as first point of contact for incident reporting.
• Support field operations and ensure personnel and assets safety worldwide.
